A big pat on the back for IT Online for their part in Singleton Council’s water run being processed so quickly and efficiently.
Prior to Singleton Council utilising ITOnline, it would take 2 weeks to read the water meters, and then around 3 weeks to process the data, including rereads, follow ups and issuing notices.
After Council purchased IT Online, it lead to much quicker processing time. After the 2 week meter read period, it now takes at most one week of administration processing time to have the data ready to issue notices. Having the meter readings available in real time is also a great benefit.
I can’t praise the system enough.
