ITOnline were contracted by Mullane to provide a system to carry out meter related services for the Hunter Water Corporation. As Mullane is a construction and maintenance company we found developing system incorporating android apps and websites a very daunting task.

During this period ITOnline came into their own, not only assisting us to achieve what we required, but also to give Hunter Water the data output which was necessary for their Oracle Billing System.

A big pat on the back for IT Online for their part in Singleton Council’s water run being processed so quickly and efficiently.

Prior to Singleton Council utilising ITOnline, it would take 2 weeks to read the water meters, and then around 3 weeks to process the data, including rereads, follow ups and issuing notices.

After Council purchased IT Online, it lead to much quicker processing time. After the 2 week meter read period, it now takes at most one week of administration processing time to have the data ready to issue notices. Having the meter readings available in real time is also a great benefit.

I can’t praise the system enough.
