ITOnline has been building field service systems since 1996, our current system CASYS, is our third generation field service system, the first being a conventional desktop application, followed in 2003 with our first Web based system and 2010 saw the launch of CASYS.

Since 2010, ITOnline has formed business relationships and partnerships with our customers to improve field, admin and business processes for the customer while improving the CASYS system. These improvements are past on to all customers through upgrades to the system.
